I’m Catherine, a Spanish Indigenous New Mexican, born & raised in the rich cultural landscape of Northern New Mexico, USA.
My life has been shaped by a deep connection to nature, the metaphysical and esoteric knowledge, the loss of my big brother, the sacred arts of healing, & the magical experience of mamahood.
Since a shift in my reality after the loss of my brother, over a decade ago, I have immersed myself in the realms of holistic health and healing, Reiki, energy healing, and yoga, including yoga nidra, trauma informed, prenatal, and postpartum yoga.
My passion is creating sacred spaces for transformation and spiritual growth, offering classes & guidance in meditation, mindful motherhood, & ancient healing practices.
Interconnection is a vital role in our experience here as a collective consciousness.
I am continuously learning & expanding, currently studying healthcare and health sciences with a vision to bridge science with spiritual energy medicine.
Beyond my healing practice and soul’s work, I find joy in nature—
hiking, camping, basking in the sunlight, & moon-gazing. I love to explore the stunning landscapes of New Mexico & surrounding states, while learning about other cultures, ancient traditions, & the global influences shaping them today.
Movement, whether through free-flowing dance or yoga, is another way I express myself & connect with my inner energy.
Reading scientific articles, psychology, and self-care practices are also my passions, fueling both personal growth & business endeavors. I’ll be sharing more of my adventures here as I bloom into BEing.
Herbal medicine, natural remedies, and holistic nutrition are integral to my way of life.
